Self check and self care your body with imagination.

(1) It was enjoyable. The idea of self-checking with my imagination was so new to me. It was full of wonders.

(2) It helps me become aware of the state of my mind and body. I find it meaningful and effective.

(3) After practicing this several times, I had some concerns about my body. I went for a checkup to ensure everything was okay, and thankfully, nothing was wrong.
